Rights on Data Matters

The user has the right to access his/her data and to obtain confirmation regarding the processing thereof, as well as to get a copy of the personal data being processed by us. He/she has the right to update his/her data and to request that any inaccurate data be corrected, or to request removal of the data when they it is not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. The user may request a restriction in the processing of his/her data by us and to object to them being processed by us by revoking his/her consent, and he/she can also exercise his/her right to request data portability. Processing of the data by underage persons

Anyone, by providing data through the forms on this website and by accepting the processing of such data, states that he/she is at least 14 years old. Access to, and use of the website is prohibited to anyone younger than 14 years of age. If, at any time, the DATA CONTROLLER detects that a person younger than 14 years old has provided personal data, he/she will eliminate said data. In addition, parents or tutors may in any event write to ATRYS-SIMM requesting to block any access or account created by minors under their charge, that have registered by forging their identity.
