Quality Policy

The management has defined the following Quality Policy, with the purpose of documenting the position of our Quality Assurance Program:

 

Mission:
To perform innovative diagnostics and treatments with the best possible technical and human quality within the specialty of Nuclear Medicine.

 

Vision:
To become a reference service at European level in the practice of Nuclear Medicine due to the quality of our care.

 

Our values are:
● The satisfaction of patients, physicians and requesting entities.
● The quality and diagnostic profitability of our explorations.
● Our technical competence.
● Our professional ethics.
● Our compliance with all applicable legislation.
● Costs optimization and an effective purchasing policy.

 

Our commitments are:
● The formulation of quality parameters and the planning of the necessary resources.
● The incitement to the development of a quality spirit at all levels.

 

Our actions to achieve our commitments are:
● Teamwork.
● Continuous improvement.
● Prevention before correction.
● Continuous learning experience.
● Constant reviews by management.
● Clinical audits.

 

The Medical Management ensures that this Quality Policy is understood, implemented and updated in all of its activities, promoting the creation of the necessary environment to achieve continuous improvement and providing the necessary training and information to all of its employees to get their involvement and motivation.

 

This Quality Policy provides a framework for establishing and reviewing annual quality objectives.
